"So I recently made the switch from Geico to State Farm about 3 yrs ago. I’ve been waiting to put out a review until I got to know the company, so here it is. I have yet to have any problems with ANYTHING. In the past, I have had tons of discrepancies with insurance companies, anywhere from submitting claims to as little as putting add-ons onto my policy. It’s always been a nightmare for me. That is until now. Since day one, Karen has taken very good care of me and has been really attentive to my needs and goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with their services. She made sure that I was getting the best rates for monthly premium and patiently explained to me what certain add-ons do so that I could make sure wether I needed to add them to my policy or not. Since Karen has broken it down to me to where I can even understand; I’ve went ahead and decided to draw up another life insurance policy on myself considering that I am active duty military. Even though I have one through work, you can never be too safe. Especially when you have a family to support. And at such low rates? It’s really a no brainer if you ask me. To sum it up, Patricia and her team are excellent and make sure that you don’t go without. If you want to do more business with a great team whom are professional and get stuff done with no questions asked, I’d definitely recommend this location 🙌🏽"

"With over 5yrs with this office and now it’s time to move on. Increasing rates every year! Large turn over rate so whenever you speak to someone it’s always them playing catch up. They make an error on your policy and you have to jump through hoops to get it corrected. So if you have an issue with the agent will too bad because they are the only ones you can really speak to since it’s “their” business, meaning StateFarm can only take a complaint. So annoying!! I moved my HO & Auto policy to a competitor who offers reasonable rates."
